Rossendale District Plan is Rossendale Borough Council’s blueprint for development until 2026 – but the effects will last long afterwards. They HAVE to take notice of public views, and you have until September 7th to let them know how you feel about stage 2 – which is about where to build new houses and provide sites for industry.
Are they treading on YOUR toes? Have you a site you want to protect? Have they got something wrong? Now is the time to let them know!
